Dear Parents and Guardians,

To ensure clarity, transparency, and smooth school operations, please be guided by the following Fees and Payment Policy:

1. Admission and Registration Fee

A non-refundable fee of ₱5,000.00 is required upon enrollment. This covers the one-time admission/registration fee and access to the school’s Learning Management System (SILID).

✅ Payment of this fee confirms your child’s enrollment and reserves a slot for SY 2026–2027.

2. Enrollment Commitment

Upon payment of the required down payment, it is understood that your child is officially enrolled for the entire School Year (June 2026 – March 2027). Parents/guardians are therefore financially responsible for the full academic term.

3. Tuition Fee Structure

Tuition fees are divided into ten (10) monthly payments as a budgeting convenience.

📌 Please note:

•Tuition is not based on the number of school days attended per month.

•It represents the continuous delivery of instruction, teacher services, and learning support throughout the school year.

•It is not equivalent to an assessment or examination fee.

4. Modes of Payment

Payments may be made through the following channels:

•Cash

•Bank transfer

•Virtual payment methods (e.g., GCash)

📄 Official receipts will be issued for all payments, and all transactions will be properly recorded for accountability and auditing purposes.

5.Payment Options and Deadlines

Tuition fees may be settled:

•In full at the beginning of the school year, or

•Through installment basis (monthly)

📌 Payment schedules and deadlines will be clearly communicated. Parents/guardians are expected to comply accordingly.

6. Delinquency and Non-Payment

In cases of delayed or unpaid fees, the school reserves the right to implement necessary measures, including:

•Withholding of academic records

•Temporary suspension of access to SILID LMS

•Suspension of school privileges

•Possible withdrawal of the student

🤝 However, KDCDI Preschool is committed to working respectfully and collaboratively with families to resolve financial concerns whenever possible.

7.Financial Assistance and Discounts

The school acknowledges that some families may experience financial challenges.

📌 Limited financial assistance or discounts may be granted based on demonstrated need.

•Applications will be handled confidentially

•Approval will follow established criteria set by the administration

8. Promissory Letter Policy

Parents/guardians requesting consideration through a Promissory Letter must comply with the following:

•Settlement must be completed at least seven (7) calendar days before the next scheduled examination or evaluation period

•A clear repayment plan must be submitted and approved by the School Administrator

9. Release of Academic Reports

KDCDI Preschool reserves the right to withhold progress report cards or ECCD checklists in cases of unsettled financial obligations.

📌 These documents will be released only upon full or approved settlement and presentation of proof of payment.

10. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In the event of voluntary withdrawal:

•During Enrollment Period (June 16 – August 30, 2026): A 25% deduction will be applied to the total amount paid.

•After Official Start of Classes:

All payments made shall be non-refundable and forfeited.

11. Parent/Guardian Commitment

Parents and guardians agree to:

•Support the school’s learning delivery programs (including blended or distance learning, if applicable)

•Provide consistent, full, and unconditional support to their child’s educational journey throughout the school year

•Partner with the school in ensuring the child’s holistic development and learning continuity
